analysis of their business plan, their targeted demographic market
and its competing retailers, review of all related design criteria
as set by building departments, landlords, etc, among others and
followed by:
1.
Detail study and analysis
of our Clients special quirks,
location, current operation, services, merchandising departments, etc.
2.
Based on the results of our studies and research, prepare
preliminary store design concepts and color coordination options which are presented to
our Clients along with all related pros and cons.
3. Upon
approval of a store design concept and color
coordination, execute our detail and meticulous detail construction design drawings along
with all our effective related design elements, branding, lighting and special effects.
4.
Qualification process review and selection of contractors and store
fixtures manufacturers (local and national) to be invited in our construction tendering
process.
5.
Preparation of tenders, one of the stringiest tender documents in our
industry, tender all documents and drawings to contractors and execute a tedious tender
negotiations leading to the selection of a successful contractor, as decided by our
Clients and our negotiating teams combined.
6. Closely
monitor and coordinate the execution of the construction of
our projects leading to our preset completion date while assuring the accuracy & on
schedule execution of our store design drawings and details.
7. Our
in-store training sessions on our effective merchandising displays
presentation set-up, customer service and theft prevention, leading to the grand opening
of our stores. |
