Our projects are as diverse as our services and include projects as Spa and Resort Hotels, Department Stores, Shopping Centers, Retail Stores, Jewelry Stores, Cosmetic Counters, Fashion Stores, Stores of Conveniense and Service, Food Courts, , Medical Facilities and Corporate Towers. Our Clients' companies range from small single "mom's and pop's" properties/spas/hotels/stores serving their unique local markets, to local, national and international chains and large size developments. Since 1980, we have been providing our expertise and services to Clients throughout the United States, Canada, Latin America, Europe, Middle East, Australia, Africa and Asia. Our planning and design direction has been one with focus not alone on creating a brand identity for our Clients, but as well as giving a special attention to the needs of their targeted market (design, style, disposable income, etc.), while remaining sensitive to their stores’ needs and merchandising/advertising ‘quirks’.As a group, we are not just Architects, Engineers, Quantity Surveyors or Interior Designers/Planners, but also Market Researchers, Site Selectors, Leasing Negotiators, Graphic Designers, Merchandisers, Project Coordinators/Managers and Marketing/Advertising Consultants.
